Hi! I’m Reese, the founder of a mindful nest. My journey began as a postpartum doula, where I witnessed firsthand the challenges families face across pregnancy & postpartum. While supporting new parents, I noticed how many of them were struggling with overwhelm, isolation, anxiety, and depression – challenges that extended beyond what my hands-on services could address. This inspired me to create a mindful nest, a space dedicated to providing structured, compassionate, and evidence-based emotional support from a doula who understands it.

My approach is trauma-informed and supported by CBT and mindfulness-based techniques to help you build resilience, process your experiences, and navigate this transformative but emotionally complex time. Every family’s journey is unique, and I am here to offer personalized support tailored to your individual experiences. Together, we will create a supportive foundation for growth, healing and connection – your very own mindful nest.
